The Nebraska Deaf-Blind Project provides technical assistance, information, and training on early intervention, special education, related services, and transitional services which results in the building of local capacity and statewide systems change to improve services for children and youth who are deaf-blind and their families. The vision of the project is to improve outcomes for children and youth who are deaf-blind (birth to age 21) by providing research-based practices in technical assistance, training, information, and dissemination to families, educators, and agencies serving this population so that children and their families will be successful members of their community.
